Eligibility
The Terrific Smiles Membership plan is designed to make dental care affordable for those without dental insurance coverage. Members enjoy the covered preventative services listed as well as reduced fees on other dental services.
Please note
Membership discounts are only applicable at Terrific Smiles Pediatric Dentistry 5850 Waterloo Road Ste 220, Columbia MD. Orthodontic services, general anesthesia, and services requiring laboratory fabrication are not included.
Terms and Limitations
This membership is for those without dental insurance; it cannot be combined with any other discount or dental insurance. The non-refundable annual fee is due at the first appointment of the year prior to receiving care. The plan expiration date is 1 year/365 days from the enrollment date. Membership is non-transferable and cannot be shared amongst family members.
